Gaeng Daeng (Red Curry)

แกงเผ็ดแดง Red curry is full of flavour and colour. A spicy, savoury, and slightly sweet curry cooked with a mixture of vegetables, bamboo shoots and herbs. Red curry has 47% chilli content in the curry paste, therefore this curry is not recommended mild. Great with any meat, but Duck is highly recommended as we add pineapple, grapes, cherry tomatoes, and kaffir lime leaves to give it that nice tangy element that is surprisingly delicious. DOES NOT COME MILD Recommended with Duck and Roti
