ข้าวผัดไทย This is my version of Thai fried rice. Every restaurant and every chef has their own uniqueness of their fried rice. It is full of flavour and lots of vegetables. Recommended with someone who wants some fresh chilli added giving the fried rice a uniqueness of Thai-ness – it’s an optional.
