Padt Kee-Mao (Drunken Noodles)
ผัดขี้เมา The drunken noodles recipe originated from a group of friends that were drinking and got hungry. They decided to use whatever they could find in their kitchen at the time and it turned out to be very good! When asked what is the dish called they have it the name of Drunken noodles. Asked what did they put in it, from that they can recalled it was a very similar ingredients as the Pad Kra-Pow, so this is a spicy dish because of the chillies based sauce. Thick rice noodles stir-fried rice meat of your choice, carrots, beans, bamboo strips, red capsicum and zucchini is added. The flavour is savoury and spicy with the aromatics, with kaffir lime leaves – just amazing! This dish DOES NOT COME MILD Recommended at a medium to Thai hot spice level with Beef.
