ผัดเปรี้ยวหวาน Famous Chinese dish in the Western countries, that the Thai have adapted and made their own version. Each chef having their own recipe based on the origin. The point of difference from the Chinese version is that our choice of meat is not deep fried in battered flour, but pure meat is used, keeping it a healthier option. A mixture of fresh vegetables including cucumber, pineapple, mushroom and tomatoes are stir-fried in our in-house sweet and sour sauce with your choice of meat. Recommended with Crispy Pork Belly
