Padt Thai
ผัดไทย A combination of palm sugar and tamarind creates the sweet and sour sauce for our most popular signature dish at Tuk Tuk Thai. Rice noodles are cooked with eggs, tofu, preserved radish and tofu. We add your favourite protein followed by fresh chives and bean sprouts. Garnished with crushed peanuts, lemon and chilli – optional. A good traditional Pad Thai should have the following elements – first SOUR, second SWEET and lastly a hint of SALTINESS. Highly recommended with Prawns
