PLA NEUNG MA-NOW (Lemon Fish)

One of my favourite fish dish because I love the spice and the tangy lemon sauce base. Warehou fillets are steamed. Then our in-house Spicy & Sour sauce is added. It is made up of plenty of chilli, garlic, lemon juice, fish sauce, palm sugar. We then drizzle more sauce then garnished with sliced celery, coriander and spring onion served on bedded steam vegetables.
