PLA RARD PRIK (Chilli Fish)

I love the taste of tamarind combined with palm sugar in this dish as it gives it that sweet and sour flavour but the whole elements changed when fresh chillies are added to the sauce giving it a different dimension. You will get the sweet, sour and spicy taste in your mouth. Warehou fillet is seasoned with a hint of saltiness then deep fried until golden. Our in-house sweet and sour sauce is poured over the fish on bedded steam vegetables. Garnished with chopped pineapple, chillies, capsicum and spring onion, added to garnish it off give you that lovely sweet and sour taste.
